What's the typical wait time to get someone out here?

Our wait time depends on the location and time scheduled. For emergency service calls we try and get out to you within 45min though we are not super humans will do our best to try and be.

Will I still be charged if the problem is not fixed?

Sometimes things can be more complex than our expectations so we do our best to be prepared to accomplish any task, but in the result of unfortunate events, we try not to charge if possible or at least work out a fair price.

Is there a warranty or promise that comes with the service?

Yes, we are licensed bonded and insured which gives you a warranty up to 1 year.

Do you service plumbing emergencies during the night?

Yes we do! Our service hours may be from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, but we understand how stressful it can be during a plumbing emergency. We will do our best to answer your call and get out there asap.

Do you service outside the listed service areas?

Yes! It may vary based on how far out you are from the listed service areas, but we don't mind going the extra mile; so give us a call!
